Who We Are

Mission: To walk alongside teen moms from isolation to community and support them as they reach their full potential.

Grace’s Table is a nonprofit organization based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, dedicated to supporting teen mothers as they transition from adolescence to adulthood. Recognizing that teen moms often face isolation and limited access to resources, Grace’s Table offers a nurturing environment where they can find community, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities.

What We Do

Services Provided:

  • Outreach Program: This program creates a welcoming environment for teen moms to connect with Grace’s Table. It includes weekly open hours, Bible study sessions, developmental play activities for children, and access to laundry facilities and showers. Additionally, it offers life-skills training at local schools to empower young moms and build a solid community.
  • Life Skills Program: Designed to provide comprehensive support, this program offers evening sessions covering various life skills, supplemented by one-on-one monthly meetings, mentorship, and free counseling services. The program fosters a supportive community where teen moms can connect with peers, mentors, and volunteers who provide meals and childcare.
  • Residential Program: Grace’s Table’s housing program empowers teen moms to find stability, healthy relationships, and long-term success. This program offers a safe and supportive living environment, helping young mothers achieve their goals and build a brighter future for themselves and their children.
