RSVP in partnership with the AARP Foundation are now offering a free service to help Kent County residents get property tax relief.
We are looking for volunteers to make a positive community impact by helping people connect to resources that can make it easier for them to continue living in the homes they love. Tax prep experience is valued but not required.
As an RSVP volunteer, you'll get access to streamlined tools and training and support to assist both homeowners and renters to apply for the Michigan Homestead Property Tax Credit- a refundable credit of up to $1500 and if eligible, the Home Heating Credit.
