- Adhere to Mary Free Bed’s Standards of Behaviors, please see attachment.
- Proactively welcome and greet patients/families/visitors. May include holding doors open for patients/visitors as they enter and exit the building.
- Help identify proper location of patient appointments.
- Escort patients and visitors between Outpatient Therapy Clinic (OTC), Clinic, Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inpatient Rooms and throughout the hospital as needed.
- Assist patients/visitors to car if needing assistance with carrying equipment, managing strollers, etc.
- Answer general questions regarding hospital.
- Provide tours to acquaint patients/families to new facility as requested.
- Deliver mail/flowers/gifts as they are received to patient rooms.
- Circulate through Orthotics & Prosthetics and Outpatient Physician Clinic waiting areas: tidying up magazines, creating a clean environment for patients and families to enjoy.
- Ensure patient and visitor adherence to applicable Infection Prevention guidelines
