Tutoring students in grades 4th through 8th in our after school program.
Tutor’s Responsibilities:
• Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of students
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team of Positive Impact for Life
• Attend tutoring and mentorship training
• Assist to improve Math and Reading skills
• Assist with homework and/or test prep skills
• Assist with administering pre and post academic test
The Tutoring & Mentoring program runs from October to April of the next year and volunteers are asked
to commit to a minimal of 6-weeks to the entire year.
