Who We Are

Mission: To transform the lives of children, adults and families facing mental health, substance use and family concerns in a caring partnership with our clients and diverse community.

Arbor Circle Corporation is a nonprofit organization based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, dedicated to advancing mental well-being through counseling and supportive services in partnership with individuals and communities.
With over 50 programs, Arbor Circle serves thousands of children, adults, and families each year, focusing on mental health counseling, substance use treatment, and family services.

What We Do

Key Programs and Services:

  • Children & Family Services: Offers support through early childhood and home-based services, parenting groups and education, and foster care and adoption services.
  • Counseling Services: Provides trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health counseling and therapeutic groups for individuals and families.
  • Substance Use Recovery Services: Offers substance use recovery, including assessments and peer support, in various community and jail-based locations.
  • Youth Services: Provides prevention, outreach, and housing support for LGBTQIA+ youth seeking family acceptance and youth experiencing homelessness, including The Bridge emergency youth shelter.
