We are an inter-faith collaboration of four organizations with over 200 years of combined experience providing quality health care services in West Michigan. St. Ann’s, Clark, Brio Living and Sunset have joined together to deliver the highest level of holistic care to those who have reached end of life. We are united in our aspiration to create a peaceful experience in any setting for the dying and their loved ones by providing exemplary spiritual and physical care.

Emmanuel Hospice provides care wherever your loved one calls home: in their house, at your home, in an assisted living facility, memory care unit or other place of residence. It’s our calling to make every moment meaningful — for you and your family. Our team of doctors, nurses, social workers, hospice aides, spiritual caregivers, dietitians, pharmacists, grief support specialists and volunteers work as a team, rallying around your loved one’s individual needs to care for the mind, body and spirit
