StoreHouse works with volunteer groups of professionals, friends, and students. Groups can work on the following tasks:
- Warehouse- Maintain the space by sorting donations, moving pallets, and general upkeep.
- Shipments- Receive sponsor donation deliveries, load items onto pallet jacks, transport them to the sorting area, and neatly stack to later be sorted by Warehouse volunteers.
- Shopping Assistance-Assist member non-profits by locating products on shelves, loading items, and learning about their needs. May also assist warehouse manager with paperwork and general tidying of the space.
- Teacher Support-Organize products to prepare for shopping nights. Manage check-in and check-out, and answer questions from shoppers. Occasionally break down boxes and tidy the space.
- Administrative- Support our team behind-the-scenes by recording volunteer hours, maintaining databases, sending volunteer communications, etc.
- Events-Share our vision and make connections with potential partners and volunteers as we increase our presence at community events.

Chaperones for groups of youth: All youth groups (those under the age of 18) MUST have one chaperone per five youth volunteers.
