Volunteering at Plainsong Farm is about connecting to the earth, your neighbors and God. Though we need extra hands to care for this place and grow healthy food for our neighbors, the volunteer opportunities are holistic experiences.
Mondays: Grow & Learn - Your volunteering supports food donation. Also, learn about sustainable agriculture, conservation and food systems.
Thursdays: Grow & Connect - Your volunteering includes community-making and spiritual practice along with growing food or tending land. Optional BYO picnic on May 11, June 15, July 13, August 17, and September 14.
Monthly Saturdays: Tackle Projects - Be part of farm education and volunteering on large fieldwork, property and conservation projects.
Weekly volunteering begins on Monday, May 1st and continues through Thursday, October 26th.
Saturday dates are: May 20th, June 24th, July 22nd, August 26th, and September 23rd.
